At LUWA Swiss, our relationship with swimmers does not end after purchase. We are committed to helping you enjoy your equipment for as long as possible — through premium support, practical guidance, and a sustainability-focused approach.
Covered
We know that even premium swim equipment can occasionally need attention — whether it is finding the right fit, adjusting the nose bridge, or understanding how to care for the anti-fog coating. Every swimmer is different, and we are here to help.

What Is Not Covered
We believe in transparent and fair communication. Our Long Life Support programme does not cover:
- Scratches caused by regular customer use
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
- External impacts or physical damage
- Improper care or incorrect storage
- Natural wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by heat exposure or improper handling
Swim goggles are high-performance equipment and naturally experience wear over time. Damage caused by external factors, accidental misuse, or improper care is not covered under our Premium Long Life Care.
However, if a product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or visible damage caused during production or transport, this is a different matter and will be resolved promptly.
Replacing Less, Wasting Less
At LUWA Swiss, sustainability is part of every decision we make. Whenever possible, we do not automatically replace the entire product. Instead, we send only the specific part that is actually needed.
Replacing only what is necessary helps us reduce unnecessary waste, lower transport emissions, extend product lifespan, and avoid the disposal of functional equipment.
Many components are also intentionally designed to be easy for customers to replace themselves at home — allowing swimmers to continue using equipment they already know and trust, without replacing the whole product.

Care & Longevity Guide
With proper care, premium swim equipment can perform significantly longer. Small daily habits make a real difference.
- Avoid touching the inner anti-fog coating
- Rinse with fresh water after every swim
- Allow equipment to air dry naturally
- Store goggles in a protective case
- Avoid excessive heat or prolonged sun exposure
- Avoid rough surfaces that may scratch the lenses
