LUWA was founded by swimmers and coaches who design products they personally use in training and open water.
Because we believe swim gear should fit comfortably, perform reliably, last longer, and respect the water we swim in.
Swimming connects us to water — protecting it is part of our responsibility. For every product sold, we set aside a fixed amount in a dedicated fund for organisations working for cleaner waters. We have not made any payments yet: we are currently selecting the projects we want to support long term, and we will announce them here once the decision is made.

No. You can complete your purchase as a guest.
Please contact us at info@luwaswiss.ch and include a photo of the issue. We will take care of it as quickly as possible.
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us at info@luwaswiss.ch before returning anything, so we can give you the return address. For reasons of hygiene, worn goggles, caps and nose clips cannot be returned.
Yes. We ship from Switzerland to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Israel and Costa Rica. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are free above a certain order value. Please note that import VAT and customs duties may apply outside Switzerland and are payable by the recipient.
We dispatch within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days within Switzerland, 3–5 working days to the EU, the UK and Norway, and longer for destinations further away. Full details are in our shipping policy.
All orders are shipped from Switzerland.
Store your goggles dry and away from direct sunlight. Avoid keeping them loose in a bag without protection to prevent scratches.
Every face is different. Some LUWA models include interchangeable nose bridges to allow a custom, pressure-free fit and help prevent leaks. Depending on the model, some include 3 nose bridges, some include 5, and some feature a one-piece design with a fixed nose bridge. The product page always shows which option applies.
No. LUWA goggles are not protective eyewear. They are designed specifically for swimming and do not provide impact or eye protection.
No. LUWA goggles are not designed for diving, freediving, or pressure-intensive use such as deep jumps. They are made exclusively for surface swimming.
Yes. LUWA offers models suitable for children. Children should always use swim products under adult supervision.
LUWA goggles are designed for both training and recreational swimming. They focus on comfort, fit and durability, making them suitable for regular pool sessions as well as open water.
LUWA goggles feature an anti-fog coating. To keep it effective:
Do not rub the inside of the lenses
Rinse with fresh water after use
Let them air-dry naturally
If you want adjustability, choose a model with interchangeable nose bridges. If you prefer simplicity and a clean feel, a one-piece goggle may be the right choice. Both are designed for comfort and stability in the water.
